SS Corrugated Hose Assemblies

Metallic flexible hoses and hose assemblies are manufactured in austenite steel of AISI 321, 316, 316Ti and 316L grade conforming to international quality. SS corrugated flexible hoses and assemblies conform to BS 6501 Part 1, suitable for high temperature, chemical resistance, and exhaust gases and sustenance to vibrations. To prevent the longitudinal expansion of bellow and to increase the pressure rating, high tensile steel wire braiding conforming to AISI 304 and AISI 316 wire, are also manufactured with one, two and even three layers depending upon the pressure rating. Assemblies are made by TIG welding of stainless steel and carbon steel end connections, on specially designed jigs and fixtures and ensure testing at rated pressure.
