Gates spiral hoses, Model EFG6K MTF is suited for extremely high pressure, high impulse applications such as hydrostatic transmissions. The EFG6K range is designed to meet all requirements of SAE 100R15 specifications and performance requirements of EN 856 4SP (-6, 8, -10, -12) and EN 856 4SH (-12, -16, -20). It is compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycols and vegetable oil as well as standard petroleum based fluids. Spiral hoses are available with interior diameter ranging from 9.50 to 31.80 mm, outer diameter ranging from 20.20 to 50.00 mm, and working pressure up to 6000 PSI. The minimum burst pressure is 24000 PSI. The minimum bend radius is between 127 mm to 419 mm. The hoses are designed for maximum flow rates, minimal kinking or collapsing during use and handling.
