Spiral Hose, Model 4XP, is suited for extremely high pressure, high impulse hydraulic applications. It is the most flexible EN 856 4SP hose in the industry, and has been tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at bend radius lower than EN 856 standards. It is compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum based fluids. These hoses are available with interior diameter ranging from 9.50 to 31.80 mm, and outer diameter from 21.20 to 49.80 mm. The working pressure is between 6650 PSI and 3050 PSI or between 460 to 210 bar. The minimum burst pressure is between 26600 PSI and 12200 PSI or between 1840 to 840 bar. The minimum bend radius is between 180 to 460 mm. The hoses are designed for maximum flow rates, minimal kinking or collapsing during use and handling.
