Sewer Jetting Hose

Pix Transmissions offers a Sewer Jetting Hose. This is used in sewer cleaning vehicles and equipment to discharge water at high pressure to remove organic/inorganic deposits and debris in sewer lines. Construction: tube – seamless water based fluid resistant synthetic rubber; reinforcement – two high tensile steel wire braids; and cover – black special polymeric cover for outstanding abrasion, ozone cutting and chipping resistance. The temperature range is from -40°C to +100°C, and standards – Pix Proprietary. Characteristics: exceeds pressure ratings of SAE 100 R2; exceeds temperature rating of standard sewer cleaning hose (+100°C against +70°C); used in sewer pipe lines 10” and above; water flow rate 5.0 to 8.0 GPM for fast, effective cleaning of lines; strong braid design to prevent kinking, twisting; special anti-friction cover to reduce break out friction for ease of material not sticking to itself when in reel and so easy removal in usage; low friction cover helps the hose for east of travelling through sewers and drains; resistant to microbiological degradation; and low bend radius to standard 2-wire braided hose with good flexibility.
