• Construction: made of stainless steel sheet (ANSI, SS 304, 316) with annular corrugated butt welded pipe or lap welded pipe.
• Reinforcement: single ply open cover by stainless steel wire braiding of grade (ANSI) 304, 316 (extra layer of wire braiding could be provided as per discretion of customers).
• Temperature: the metal flexible hoses of stainless steel material (ANSI) 304 and 316 are suitable for temperature range from (-) 273° to (+) 800° C temperature.
• Material of host and wire braiding: inner core and wire braiding in material (ANSI) 304 and 316 is generally available. Similar item made of bronze can also be supplied on prior order with sufficient notice for delivery.
• Fittings: the company manufactures the fittings according to DIN, IS, ANSI, BS standards in material stainless steel, steel and gun metal/bronze. The standard fittings are welded end, pipe nipple, tapered male, hexagon tapered male, hexagon nipple straight male, plain socket straight female, female swivel, hexagon union, fixed flanges, floating flanges, etc. Special type of fittings can also be supplied as per specifications and in specified materials. Fittings are attached with hose by TIG welding.
