PIX Transmissions, manufacturer industrial belts, automotive belts, hoses and end fittings, has launched a new range of industrial hoses, the PIX Tex'el. The company that already offers Hoses for various pressure application needs has launched this new Tex?el range of hoses to cater to the customers? requirements for low pressure application needs, different from the standard hydraulic hoses. They differ in terms of construction, pressure rating and application. These are low pressure hoses with minimum of 2 bar/30 psi to 35 bar/500 psi pressure rating. The construction is through the reinforcement of textile braiding with thicker inner and outer tubes. PIX Tex?el hoses are available in several types such as air hose, water discharge hose, water suction hose, oil discharge hose, oil suction hose, single and twin line welding hose, fuel line hose, car heater hose, radiator hose, food delivery hose, sand blast hose and many more.
- Various industrial applications and bulk material handling equipment
- As air hoses in machines at construction sites, coal mines and applications involving oil/mist resistant environment
- Water/oil discharge and suction hoses
- Air brake hose, fuel line hose, car heater hose and radiator hose in automotive applications
- Single and twin line welding hoses are used at shipyards, construction sites and manufacturing industries; and
- Food delivery and suction hoses are used in drinking water, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and other food industries
- Conform to relevant international standards such as: ISO 2398, ISO 1403, ISO 4641, ISO 4081, ISO 3861, BS EN 559, BS EN 1765, BS EN 671-1, SAE J1402, SAE J1527, SAE J30 R6, US-FDA TITLE 21, etc
- Made of high quality synthetic rubber or polymer blend depending upon the application
- Suited for working temperature of ?25? to +75?C in general and can sustain temperatures beyond +100?C, as the application demands
- High tensile textile reinforcement, with an additional embedded steel helix wire in case of suction hoses; and
- Available in a wide range and sizes, from 1/4?to 12?
