Pix Transmissions offers the Pix-Performer range of standard Hydraulic Hoses specifically designed to convey petroleum based hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricants and crude oils. They are meant for medium pressure applications. Construction: inner tube – made up of seamless oil resistant synthetic rubber; reinforcement – one or two high tensile steel wire braids; cover – synthetic rubber, abrasion, ozone, oil and weather resistant; temperature range – -40ºC to +100ºC continuous and 120ºC intermittent (10% of total working hours), for air +70ºC maximum, water +85ºC maximum; range – Pix Performer EN 853-1SN – 3/16”, ¼”, 5/16”, 3/8”, ½”, 5/8”, ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, 3”, 4”; Pix Performer EN 853-2SN – 3/16”, ¼”, 5/16”, 3/8”, ½”, 5/8”, ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, 3”, 4”; and Pix Performer SAE 100 R5R – ¼”, 5/16”, 13/32”, ½”, 5/8”, 7/8”, 1-1/8”; compatibility – compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils. Applicable for oil in aqueous emulsion, air and water; and highly flexible, light weight, easy to handle and route. Pix-Performer hoses are very flexible with much lower bend radius than the standard EN853/SAE100R1/R2 bend radius. They are also available in smooth cover for sizes from ¼” to 5/8”. EN 853 1ST and EN 853 2ST thick cover hoses are available on request.
