Vision Hydraulics offers a wide range of Hydraulic Hoses, Fittings and Assemblies. These products are available all over India, through a wide network of franchisee outlets. The hose assembly products are approved by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) for the UGN (Under Ground Mines). Visionflex hose assemblies are regularly impulse tested at independent test houses. The test samples have passed one million cycles. The company has a modern assembly unit with one of the world's best crimpers, to ensure that the products are of world class. These hose assemblies are also widely exported to Italy, Srilanka, Kenya and Nigeria. End connections and hydraulic fittings are manufactured on precision equipment, according to computer aided design and drawings, to ensure extended service life. The hose assemblies are manufactured from wire braided hydraulic, plain and corrugated Teflon, corrugated stainless steel, thermoplastic, nylon and braided PVC hoses are available for high pressure, high temperature and highly corrosive applications, as per standard as well as customised specifications/drawings. Hydraulic hoses have a limited life, which largely depends on the service conditions. To derive maximum benefit, proper care needs to be taken, in selecting the right hose, with regard to working pressure, temperature range, fluid compatibility, minimum bend radius, hose size, hose routing, hose assembly length and the application. The shelf life of a hose is between 3-5 years, if stored in ideal conditions. Visionflex SS corrugated hoses assemblies are manufactured from size 6-200 mm with a variety of end connections. End connections are welded by experienced technicians and are proof pressure tested before despatch. For special applications, close pitch hoses for greater flexibility are available.
