These include: high and low pressure hydraulic and pneumatic hose and hose assemblies; SS and MS braided, Teflon hose assemblies; industrial hoses, viz., rock drill, fly ash, steam, welding, petrol, chemical, sand blast and carbon free hoses, etc; hose end fittings, Ermato fittings, flanges, elbows, tees and pipe clamps, etc. Features: facilities to put hoses and couplings on rigorous test that go beyond SAE standards; performance proven hose assembly system, not just a piece of hose or a particular connector; evaluation of hose and coupling system requires considerable impulse testing, which is done in BEML, KGF and DRDO, Dighi, Pune, as simple burst or proof pressure test cannot determine the quality of hose assembly; hose assemblies are approved by DGMS to use in mines; and hose assembly assured availability at 99%. The company is distributor/dealer for Manuli and Gates brand of hoses. It is also a distributor for a range of hydraulic products manufactured by reputed companies.
