Chhatariya Rubber & Chemical Industries offers a Hose, CRC RRL Extracoat. This is a popular hose used by experienced fire fighters for its unsurpassed advantages. CRC Extocoat hoses offer RRL technology and ensure that the hoses are fabric reinforced rubber lined (RRL technology), which gives and additional textile reinforcement in the hoses which is very similar to a double jacketed, i.e., hose within a hose. RRL hoses have a distinct lap joint, which readily identifies to the user unmistakable sign of RRL hose. The jacket is made from 100% synthetic yarn, which imparts extremely low weight and high burst pressure. This jacket is coated with a special elastomeric compound to give the added advantages of being unaffected oils and grease, certain chemicals as well as mildew and heat. RRL technology ensures in extreme circumstances when the outer jacket is severely damaged, the inner reinforcement can continue delivering water at operational pressures, thereby averting an emergency situation. It also ensures that the outer jacket can even be repaired so that the hoses, which are severely damaged, can be used by virtue of their tube lining.
