Fuel and Oil Hoses

Fuel and Oil Hoses are synthetic rubber flexible tubes of various sizes and lengths with wire braiding, cotton braiding, cotton-reinforced etc. with or without end-connections, suitable for carrying Fuel or Mineral oils. The Fuel and Oil Hoses are used in all vehicles, Plant & Machinery and Mobile and Stationary Engines etc. for carrying of Fuel Oils, Mineral Oils, Lubricants, Lower acids and Air etc. under pressure and temperature. These can be used for other similar purposes also. The Fuel & Oil Hoses are manufactured of Mineral Oil resistant synthetic rubber mainly in the following three types:

• Extruded synthetic rubber tubing both inner and outer lining, resistant to the effect of petroleum based fuels, lubricants, lower acids and air etc. and are braided with GI wire of fine gauges from outside.
• Same as above, but having an extra textile braid in between GI wire and rubber tubing.
• Extruded synthetic inner rubber tubing with one textile braid and top cover of weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber instead of GI wire braiding.

These hoses can be supplied in running lengths of approximately 10 to 25 meters each without end-connections or in specific lengths complete with any type of end-connections. They are available in sizes ranging from 2mm ID to 50mm ID hoses along with various types of end-connections. These hoses are suitable for hydraulic & air pressure ranging from 15 kgs/cm2 up to maximum of 70 kgs/cm2 and can with stand working temperature from -40oC to +100oC. The Fuel & Oil hoses are manufactured to SAE, ASTM, BSS, DIN and ISI specifications and are subjected to all necessary tests.
