Flexible Industrial Hose Assemblies

Smart Hydroflex offers a wide range of Flexible Industrial Hose Assemblies, designed using superior quality raw material, which find their usage in variety of industrial sectors. The range includes hoses for high, medium and low pressure hydraulic oils, air and water, made of synthetic oil resistant rubber and conforming to relevant SAE ratings and standards. The general temperature range is from -40°C to +120°C. However, extra high temperature steam hoses are available that can withstand temperature up to 205°C. Bellow type stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses are also available. The company can offer hoses higher pressure ratings with increased wall thickness of tube and special braidings. Testing of hoses is carried out under strict supervision, and if and when desired, in the presence of customers’ inspectors. Testing facility includes hydraulic testing up to 13000 lbs/sq.in (900 kg/cm²). The selection of the right hose depends upon various factors related to actual application.
