Hi-Tech Engineering Systems is engaged in erection of Boilers and associated Piping systems. The company also manufactures structurals, tanks, chimneys, pressure vessels, and undertakes application of thermal insulations, refractory for boiler and burner spares and any custom built fabrication and O&M of boilers. It has been approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu as first grade boiler and pipe line erector. It is also an all India distributor for the supply of non-IBR boiler and washing equipment manufactured by the Korean company, Ssang Machine, Korea. Besides specialising in erection of high volume tanks by hydraulic jack method, the company is also a dealer for Sintex solar water heaters.

Over the years, it has undertaken a vast range of different projects across the globe, including: complete non-IBR piping for 120 MW Aban Power Project, Karuppur; and erection of 4 TPH boiler and IBR piping of Gekakonus, Germany at Chennai. The jobs executed so far have covered a wide spectrum of industries. Hi-Tech Engineering Systems was established in the year 2000 by a technocrat with more than 18 years in various capacities and 2 years at Thermodyne Technologies Private Limited, Chennai as manager, quality control. the establishment is organised and maintained by experienced engineers in the field of manufacture, procurement, project management and quality control.
