The pipes are manufactured from high quality seamless tubes. The internal dia is uniformly maintained which is very important in maintaining the flow of fuel at correct pressure and volume. The material used is checked for its conformance to standards at the company’s own metallurgical lab. The forming and bending of these tubes is done using special purpose fixtures, were the bends are made to the correct radius and the forming is as per the standard. This ensures the correct seating of the pipes at the delivery valve end and the injector end.
