Air Heater Blower Unit

Sasmith Engineering Corporation designs and manufactures Air Heater Blower Units in various capacities ranging from airflow rates 1000 CFM to 20000 CFM. The air is heated with steam, thermic fluid oil, hot water or electric power. The air temperature varies from 40°C to 120°C, as required in the process industries. The air heater blower unit consist of heating core which transfer the heat from the heat source to the air, centrifugal type blower which supply the air under required pressure, electric motor, air flow control valve, internal duct and common foundation. Established in the year 1984. Sasmith Engineering Corporation is engaged in design, marketing and supply of conventional heat transfer equipment. The company concentrated on heat exchangers involving heating or cooling of air and other gaseous media, viz., fin-tube heat exchangers or fin type heat exchangers, a separate category of the heat exchangers, thus creating a new product type. By the year 2004 the company modernised its design and administration by computerisation, effectively implementing CAD/CAM in the business activities. Today all the departments including marketing, design, purchase, production, administration, finance have been computerised.
