Fan Powered VAQ

Caire Consult offers Conaire fan powered Variable Air Quality (VAQ) Station, VAQsi. This is a parallel or series fan powered VAQ station. It corrects outdoor air intake with the help of VAQ station with demand signal from CO2 sensor and temperature with the help of control valve and thermostat. Both these control algorithms are evaluated separately and do not have any relation. The VAQsi induces return air from the zone itself. Thus thermal energy is not wasted in transmission. It also reduces pressure loss in air distribution therefore affecting reduction of air handier fan sizes. With its unique and compact design, the VAQsi is easy to install with options available for electric reheat or cooling coil, making it an ideal device for hospitals/hotel room kind of applications. VAQ station for outdoor air can be coupled with integrator board for multiple space demand controlled ventilation and air monitoring. The VAQsi is available in 600 to 2800 cfm flow ranges. With its compact size the VAQsi is also ideal for UFAD applications.
