Fan blades, large propeller type

Blowtech Air Devices has developed large propeller type fan blades in diameters of 22", 24" and 26". These fan blades are ideal for large air conditioning condensor units, evaporative coolers, cooling towers and commercial/industrial exhaust applications. The fan blade consists of a sheet steel spider with a machined steel hub riveted to it both protected by an anti corrosion zinc plating. Four aluminium sheet blades are mounted on, to the spider by rivets. These fan blades have been "stress tested" under corrosive conditions for smooth operation up to 1000 RPM. All propellers are dynamically balanced to balance grade G 6.3 as per ISO 1940. The advantages of these sheet metal propellers are low cost, lightweight, large air volumes, low noise and low proper consumption.
