Axial Fans & Man Coolers

TCF Nadi Industrial Fans (formerly Nadi Airtechnics Pvt Ltd), in association with M/s Elta Fans Limited of UK, has introduced a wide range of highly versatile Axial Fans and Man Coolers for efficient air movement in the industrial sector. The most vital component of the tube axial fan, roof exhauster, the bifurcated fans or the man cooler is the Elta impeller which is produced with computer aided designs for optimum performance. Impellers: Elta impellers incorporate a pressure die cast aluminium alloy hub, specially designed to allow infinite adjustment of the blade angle for precise selection of required performance. Impellers are offered in different sizes from 300 mm to 1200 mm with a choice of three hub diameters. The aerofoil section blades are available in three different materials of construction, viz., a) Injection moulded GRP (Glass Reinforced Polypropylene), b) Glass reinforced nylon, and c) Pressure die cast aluminium alloy. Computer programme and silencer: a comprehensive computer programme selects the right combination of impeller diameter, hub tip ratio, number of blades and specific blades angles to provide the desired air performance within the given parameters. The programme also provides complete sound level data and also predicts sound reduction with a choice of two designs of silencers. Special features: ideally suited for corrosive atmosphere; low weight-high strength; low vibrations as per VDI 2056; low noise level, longer bearing life; aerodynamic performance tested as per BS 848 part-I (1980); sound performance tested as per BS 848 part-2 (1985); and possibility of reverse direction of air flow by turning the blades through 180º.
