Enginemates offers Axial Fans. These are multi-wing fans that solve virtually any air moving challenge. They are highly efficient compared to metallic fans because of the aerodynamic blade design. Other advantages are: light weight, high strength, lower maintenance cost, moderate power consumptions, the impeller can be utilised in tough application, adjustability, blade can be easily replaced rather than the complete fan and better performance and non-corrosive. These fans are made with four different impeller blade profiles with their own speciality to accommodate air-moving challenges. The airfoil series can be used in just about any air moving application. The airfoil series is widely used in the ventilation and cooling industry as well as in automotive applications where environmental requirements are more demanding. The broad paddle series offers light but broad blades designed for coil applications with low speed motors and moderate power consumptions. The relatively small diameter of D and M series make them ideal for smaller heat exchanger applications such as oil coolers, air-cooled condensers and dry coolers. With fan blades of glass reinforced polyamide this series can be used in low temperature evaporator applications as well. The increasing arc series is a suitable solution in applications that demand high performance in difficult flow conditions, where there is less focus on power consumption. Typical applications are engine and compressor cooling applications where these impeller series offer highly flexible solutions to meet any dimensioning criteria.
