Axial Flow Fans

Rotech manufactures external rotor motors, Axial Flow Fans and centrifugal blowers. These products are used for a wide range of industrial and HVAC applications. The external rotor motors are manufactured to EN 60335-1 standards and bears the CE mark of quality. The company has a contemporary manufacturing set-up, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery having CNC controls, which can cater to bulk requirements. It offers axial flow fans with one-piece construction blades up to 350 mm sweep and 5/7 independent blades bolted on a fan hub for fans above 350 mm sweep. The blade is press fitted on the rotor and the assembly dynamically balanced in two planes to grade 2.5 of ISO 1940. Specifications: blade diameter – 150 to 630 mm (6” to 24”); input voltage – 110, 230, 415 V AC 50/60 Hz; speed – 900, 1400, 2800 RPM; and air volume – 300 to 15000 m3/hr. Accessories available: frames, housings, flat and basket grills.
