Axial Flow Fans

A C Humidin Air Systems offers a range of Axial Flow Fans. These fans are certified for “Sound & Air Performance” based on tests and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 211 & AMCA Publication 311. The casing is made of MS and is double flanged; impellers are made of cast aluminium having manually adjustable pitch blades. The impellers are statically and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 and AMCA 204 G2.5. Applications: used in industry for providing general ventilation, fume extraction and removal of hot spots. The company offers a most economical and efficient installation for industry such as thermal power stations, fertilizers, heavy engineering, chemical, textile, food general, paper, sugar and pharmaceuticals, etc. Axial flow fans are also available for fire applications for the following range: 250ºC for 2 hrs, 300ºC for 1 hr and 300ºC for 1/2 hr. Since 1982 the company has been manufacturing fans and by persistent endeavours thorough application of engineering, design and R&D, it has got its products certified by AMCA and has become the first Indian company to bag this certification. The company has a wide range of products in the HVAC segment that are of international standards, i.e., centrifugal, axial, roof extractors, inline fans, air washers, etc. The products are AMCA certified, thus the design is at par with consequently highly efficient products. Manufacturing is standardized with duly built up manufacturing facilities and pre engineered building with machines as NC/CNC operated. The company is looking to go forth by further improvement in its range of products and systems by enhanced research and development.
