Turbine Blowers

Promivac Engineers offers Turbine Blowers, also known as vacuum pressure blowers or side channel blowers. Based on revolutionary innovation, these are worthy substitutes of their closest rivals, the conventional oily and bulky Roots air blowers, for applications where large and forceful suction and pressure capabilities are required such as in vacuum conveying, vacuum cleaning, material handling, food, drug and chemical equipments, fume extraction, soil vapour and smoke evacuation, plastic forming, medical equipments, bag making, packing industries and so on. These are comparatively lighter, cheaper, neater and quieter, and also maintenance and oil free. The main assembly of the blower consists of dynamically balanced multi bladed impeller, which is made to revolve at a very high speed in a specially designed stator cum compression chamber ensuring very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly on to a bearing mounted shaft of a superior quality flanged electric motor. As the rotor (impeller) revolves, the air entrapped between the rotor blades starts moving radially and circumferentially gets accelerated and pressurized. It is then forcefully pushed along the spiral path and gets discharged at high speed through the outlet port, which is quite independent of the in-let one. Thus suction and pressure develop simultaneously. Both the suction and pressure ports are so located on the outer periphery of the stator that these do not cause any hindrance to either of the two flow streams. Since, there is absolutely no friction between any two parts of the blower and no lubrication is required either, consequently, the pressurized air or the vacuum generated by the machine remains 100% oil free. The muffler assemblies provided at both inlet and outlet ports, work as silencers, which effectively check the overall noise level. A cartridge type air filter can be provided on the top end of the inlet muffler in order to check that no foreign particle ever finds its way into the compression chamber to cause harm to the otherwise smooth functioning of the machine.
