Ceekay Hydro Conducta Pvt Ltd, located in Hosur, has launched the latest generation of centrifugal blower fans that find application in almost every industrial sector. The fans are well designed to meet high static pressures, large volumes and can handle high dust concentration. The impellers are backward curved with radial blades to prevent sticky dusts from adhering to the blades. The design avoids air-cutting noise even at a speed of 3000 rpm without compensating on efficient performance standards. These blowers are developed in technical collaboration with TVM termoventilmec Spa. The capacity of the fan ranges from 250 to 2,00,000 m3/hr (up to 1000 mm WG) and the construction is made of MS, rubber lined FRP and stainless steel to suit varied application fields. Special wear resistant lining is done to handle high abrasive dusts. This innovative range of fans is tested as per IS specifications with suitable test rigs and the impellers are dynamically balanced.
