Blower

Kosha Engineers manufactures blowers as per American software design which gives high efficiency and consumes less electricity. The company designs backward curved blade fan blowers up to 25,000 CFM and 800 RPM. This blower impeller is dynamically balanced on precision balancer, carried out on accurate electronic balancing machine to a very close tolerance at the rated speed. The Kosha LL fan is known for its higher efficiency in the industry. Manufactured after continuous efforts and improvements in curvature of blades, design of backward curved blades, rotor with double width double inlet and new design of fan casing over earlier models, these blowers are better looking aesthetically, and provide vibration free operation and improved efficiency with minimum power consumption. The heart of the ?LLD? fan rotor comprises deep and wide blade welded construction with stiffening ring. All these fans are designed as per specified rules and regulations and these fans are tested as per IS: 4894 and ensure protected against overloading motors. These give high efficiency at very large range of capacities. Standard rating of all these fans is based on air handled at 20?C at sea level.
