Airscaner Engineers & Fabricators is a reputed industry dedicated for the development of new designs and manufacturing high quality aluminium blowers, fans, blowers assemblies and single phase small AC electric motors (FHP motors) for a wide range of innovative air moving products to create the conditioning of air, like – cool, hot, humid, fresh, etc. The company has the capacity to manufacture and supply the wide range of aluminium blowers and suitable motors as below: aluminium blowers – diameter 90 mm (3.5”) to 610 mm (24”); statically and dynamically balanced with latest digital microprocessor; types – single inlet single width (SISW), double inlet double width (DIDW) and cross flow (tangential) blowers regular in production; blower assemblies – direct driven – from 200 cfm to 4000 cfm having static pressure from 5 mm to 65 mm, belt driven – from 2000 cfm to 15000 cfm having static pressure from 25 mm to 65 mm. FHP motors: from 9 W to 746 W (output), in I and III phase, four stage test with latest graphical comparison surge tester to get 99% success in results. Motors are manufactured in steel rolled shells and aluminium/MS end covers either with ball bearings `zz’ or self aligned bushes, enclosures – closed or ventilated, as per customers choice; and in aluminium pressure die cast bodies – as per IP-55 standards, as per requirements.
