Walking beam furnace

Indaid manufactures walking beam furnaces of capacity upto 10 tonnes/hr. The salient features include: sturdy construction, ceramic fibre modular lining for the side walls and roof, fuel efficient combustion system with recuperator for waste heat recovery, fully automatic microprocessor based temperature control system and sturdy hydraulic walking beam mechanism. These furnaces find application in leaf spring manufacture, automotive wheel and axle housing manufacture besides pre-heating of pipes.
