Vertical Immersion Type Chemical Heaters

Bombay Electric Store is engaged in manufacturing heating elements and allied equipment. The company offers alkaline heaters. Construction: tubular heaters, manufactured from a special grade of chrome nickel steel tube to withstand corrosion; brazed to a CI junction box that can rest on the wall of the tank; and extremely easy to remove and clean. Applications: most alkaline cleaning solutions, detergents and chemicals normally corrosive to mild steel. Lead covered heaters: construction – tubular heater, manufactured out of lead covered tube; and brazed to a CI junction box that can rest of the wall of the tank. Construction permits ease of removal for cleaning. Applications: suitable for metal plating baths, like copper dull nickel, chrome, etc; can also be used in pickling baths with maximum 10% concentration of sulphuric acid, but not in any other acid. Titanium heaters: construction – tubular heaters, manufactured out of high quality titanium tube, brazed to a CI junction box that can rest on the wall of the tank. Product displays remarkable high resistance to corrosion, unattainable in any other metal. Applications: heating of highly corrosive chemical cocktails, acids like nitric and chromic acid, plating baths, etc.
