Vertical Dryer With Aluminium Belt Pallets

Hackemack GmbH introduce a vertical dryer which is lightweight due to its aluminium belt pallets. Precise pallet positioning is achieved through the electronical control of cross transfer and pallet lifting by incremental encoders. The frequency controlled drives with soft start, acceleration, soft deceleration and stop enable a gentle cross transfer. The standard pallet has a useable length of 6100 mm or 5100 mm, while special execution and dimensions are available on request. The externally located chain tensioning devices, maintenance-free bearings and self-tensioning belt pallet execution all help to provide a maintenance-friendly design. There is a variable pallet pitch of 135 mm/180 mm/225 mm/270 mm.
