Tubular Heaters are reliable and easy to maintain. These types of heaters are made of stainless steel or incoloy with sheath diameter of 8 mm. The heating wire is helical wounded and made of high temperature resistant Ni-Cr alloy and the insulation consists of Magnesium Oxide (MgO). The connection ends are sealed with sealing components to protect the heater from moisture. It is available in square and rectangular cross sections and various sizes as per hot tip nozzles/hot sprue series model.
