Tray Dryers

Ahlada Engineers P Ltd offers Tray Dryers, which are used for best drying results in conventional process. The drying oven is specially designed for bulk drug, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, paints, textiles and other industries. It is well accepted for economical drying of powder, granules, food material and chemicals. The machine is manufactured from SS304, SS316 or SS 316L (as per customer requirement) in GMP/CGMP model and polished to mirror finish in the inside and matt finish on the outside. It has a large working space available. These tray dryers are manufactured from mild steel and in good finishing outside with synthetic enamel colour and inside painted with heat resistant paint to resist temperatures up to 300°C, in standard models. Dryers are normally supplied with steam/electric/thermo fluid/hot water heating system. Suitable heating coils/caloriefiers are provided in the dryers. The temperature control system is done by electronic digital temperature controller fitted in the control panel. The temperature control in the dryer is fully automatic.
