TITANIUM HEATERS

Sai Industries offers Titanium Heaters. It is offered for the corrosive solution baths with a wide range from 1 kV to 15 kV with all other alloy metals. Titanium heating coils of various sizes in all the wonder metals are available. The titanium baskets are strong and durable. Front and back are small-pattern, flattened, expanded metal to minimize hang-up of anode material, including pellets. Reinforcing straps are mounted on 12" centres (or closer) along both the basket length and bottom for greater strength and integrity. Standard hook is 1/ 8" x 1" x 4" high and extends a full 2" into the basket. Flat-side contact with basket provides greater current transfer, added weld strength, and knife-edge contact for best conductivity. A range of chemical process equipment, which is made from titanium, inconel, monel and copper and their alloys are available.
