Thermic fluid heater

Fluidtech Boilers Pvt Ltd manufactures thermic fluid heater, a forced circulation fully automatic type heater. The heater gives good output using low-grade coal and lignite with GCV up to 3,800 kcal/kg. Agricultural wastes, husk, groundnut shell and saw dust can also be used as fuel. The heater has a nest of concentric helical tube coils placed within sturdy mild steel shell. This ensures optimum heat transfer. Specially designed centrifugal flyash setting chambers result in minimum cleaning. The combustion chamber is suitably designed for maximum combustion efficiency. External combustion chamber ensures longer life of heater coil and thermic fluid. No radiation energy is transferred to heater coil in case of power failure ensuring complete safety. Mineral wool insulation panels result in minimum heat loss. Digital electronic indicator; electronic stack temperature controller; electronic low-level controller; differential pressure switch; pressure gauge for inlet pressure measurement; pressure gauge for circuit pressure measurement and audio visual alarm for abnormal operating conditions are the safety features of the heater.
