Thermic fluid heater

Balkrishna Boilers designs and manufactures oil/gas/solid fuel (wood, coal, husk) fired thermic fluid heaters in a wide range of capacities, capable of supplying process temperature up to 300?C. The systems offered are economical and especially applicable to process heating in textile, plywood, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and paper industries, etc. The systems comprise of highly efficient and negligible heat loss combustion chamber (for solid fuel) and helical coil housing in which the flue gas travels 3 times so as to gradually increase the temperature of the thermic fluid. A suitable capacity high temperature duty centrifugal pump is provided for recirculation of thermic fluid in the closed heating system. The system also facilitates the fill and drain system of thermic fluid. A differential pressure switch is provided - if any block of thermic fluid occurs in the coil, it will stop the combustion and hence protect the coil from over heating. The system is fully automatic and controlled by reputed make instrumentation, housed in a IP protection class control panel. Main features of the system are: simple and strong construction, higher thermal efficiency, economical and easy for access, operation, maintenance, repair and inspection.
