Thermic Fluid Heaters

Aero Therm Systems offers Thermic Fluid Heaters. These heaters are having capacity from 30,000 kCal/hr to 20,00,000 kCal/hr. Maximum operating temperature will be 300ºC for thermic fluid/130ºC for hot water. The concentric coils will be made from MS seamless tube of ASTM A 106 Gr-B. The unit will be equipped with high efficiency oil/gas burner with air pre-heater arrangement gives high thermal efficiency 87 ±2% on NCV. The unit will be outside the purview of IBR. The company has been making forays into various application segments of industries like breweries and distilleries, bitumen plant, chemicals, cables and conductors, food and pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, hotels and hospitals, packaging, plastics, petrochemicals, powder coating, rubbers, textile, etc., by supplying related equipments.
