Isotex Marketing & Services offers a 100% coal lignite fired thermic fluid heater, Ecotherm VCL. Thermic fluid boilers are compact in design and can be supplied as a package unit. These offer space saving up to 50% compared to horizontal unit. Capacity ranges from 100,000 kcal/hr to 6,00,000 kcal/hr, temperature up to 300?C at atmospheric pressure and efficiency up to76%. Ecotherm VCL is designed for firing on low-grade fuel like coal, lignite, husk, bagasse and organic wastes. Conversion to oil/gas is possible without any modification by installing oil/gas burner. 3 pass boiler is designed to give optimum heat transfer efficiency. Fly ash collectors after each path of flue gas ensures clean heat transfer surface. Other features include: factory assembled unit, no site erection required, simple foundation, and safe and economical.
