Thermal Gasifier

This is a substitute for oil burning for any industrial heating applications to reduce running costs substantially. The cost of furnace oil is increasing and these applications can be changed to wood gas. Thermal Gasifiers generate gas from woodchips and one litre's equivalent heat can be generated at less than Rs14 per liter. It is for applications where oil consumption is more than 10 KL per month; these are best suited bringing unimaginable reduction in running costs. The furnace temperatures up to 1100 ?C can be attained with this gas burning; for temperatures beyond 1100 ?C, 20% oil also will be used along with wood gas. The possible user industries include: melting of aluminium, lead, zinc, tin etc., heat treatment furnaces/hot air /hot water generation/sand drying, core drying for foundries/hot dip galvanizing units/lead-acid battery scrap refining units/billet heating in rolling mills/forging units/calcining rotary furnace units/oil fired boilers/chemical industries/food & agro processing industries / ayurvedic formulation units/plywood & lumber industries/ceramic industries (Glazing, preheating, drying etc.,)/Industrial Bulk Cooking Canteens etc., It needs 50 sq meters place for installation and requires 3 KW auxiallry power only. It can be run continuously weeks together and unskilled workers can operate it. The central government is allowing 80% income tax depreciation on the investment in the first year itself.
