Spin Flash Dryer

Analpa Industries offers Spin Flash Dryer. The feed in a spin flash dryer is a particulate solid which is fed into a hot gas stream at the bottom of the drying chamber. The wet feed, pneumatically conveyed up the drying leg, flashes its liquid moisture into the gas stream. The dry solid is separated from the gas stream in a cyclone, while the gas and vapour are exhausted from the system by means of a centrifugal vent fan. Bag collectors are used for final collection of dried powder. The equipment is complete with Hot Air Generator, Rotary Air Locks, Electronic Control Panel, etc.
