The BIS approved Bipsun solar water heating system has TIG welded and selectively coated fin and tube in the collector. The systems are manufactured through process meeting ISO 9001-2000 requirements. The capacity of the system range from 125 ltr to any higher capacity. The reference for sizing of the capacity is normally calculated on the basis of the number of persons using the facility. For 4 persons with average use of water at 30 ltr per day, a 125 ltr system is desirable. For higher capacity systems the capacity can be evaluated as per consumption and utility pattern of hot water. The system can be used as preheated boiler feed water for steam generation towards industrial applications. The system can be designed, manufactured and installed for various applications at different temperatures. These systems are ideally suited for hotels, canteens, hospitals, bunglows and processing industries.
