System highlights: flanges are as per IS specification; all copper pipes are tested 5 kg/cm?; riser and fins are bonding with non-corrosive liquid metal with TCM technique; reflecting materials behind absorber is heat reflector foil; insulation in collector box is FGP resin bonded/rock wool; 60 months warranty of collector (scale formation, glass selective coating are not included); total brazing with silver alloy brazing rod; copper tank for longest life span with OPL coating/SS 304/MS tank with epoxy coating; EPDM rubber gaskets; HDHR quality; aluminium section channel box; serrated copper fins for collector (for highest efficiency); new SRA systems (scale remove attachment) with HRC; life span for collectors more than 20 years; the only system with weather concealed electrical back-up with auto control; and only pre engineering system for easiest and fastest installation.
