Shell & tube heat exchanger

Emmppe Associates manufactures shell and tube heat exchangers. These are for various applications like inter cooler, after cooler, oil cooler in reciprocating and screw compressor, coolers in gas generator, coolers for DG sets, furnace plants, refrigeration chiller and condenser, etc. These are available in a variety of design option to meet new installation, replacement or OEM requirements. To satisfy more practical applications a variety of material and design options are available to the standards of TEMA "C", IS: 2825 or ASME design. Coolers are constructed of fixed/removable tube sheet, holes are drilled by radial drilling machine, the tube grooved with a highly automatic grooving machine and the tube roller expanded with electronic control tube expansion equipment.
