Energy Logistics offers the new range of HPD dryers, which has been designed and built in order to meet the growing demand from the high pressure compressed air market (25 to 50 bar/362 to 725 PSI) and satisfy the final product highest quality. Characteristics: HPD dryers comprise two modules in a single package: a refrigeration water chiller designed for industrial cooling processes, complete with a water storage tank and a stainless circulation pump; a shell and tube heat exchanger unit, built in compliance with European regulations or, on request, in compliance with regulations of the country of installation. The main advantages: shell and tube heat exchanger units – totally reliable technology and high quality components; corrosion resistance thanks to the stain steel tubes; new microprocessor control – user friendly menu, display with different symbols for the status machine; the condenser coil is positioned on just one side of the unit, thereby allowing the unit to be installed even in small areas; and easy maintenance thanks to the direct access to all components. In addition to the energy savings provided by the generously sized air/air heat exchanger, these units typically consume 30 to 80% less energy than conventional designs thanks to their "thermal mass" capacity control system.
