Refrigerated Air Dryers

GEM Equipments Limited has introduced Refrigerated Air Dryers with advanced technology. Here the 7x heat exchanger is a combination of pre-cooler, evaporator and built-in moisture separator. This process not only improves the effectiveness of heat transfer, but the loss of refrigerated air is also reduced. As the air directly enters from pre-cooler to evaporator, so pressure drop is low. The reduced velocity in cross direction of heat exchanger fluid enhances higher heat transfer. The hermatic scroll/reciprocating compressor used in SLK model has fewer moving parts, efficient heat dissipation and provision for cylinder jacket cooling. R404A and R407C is used in all SLK dryer models. The Sleek Series utilize a truly unique zero air loss drain integrated with heat exchanger. The condensate is collected in a chamber is segregated from the air flow. The drain cycle continually adjusts itself to working condition. The condenser Sleek Series dryer has been designed to allow operating temperature up to 60°C air inlet and 50°C high ambient temperature. The condenser is made up of copper tubes and aluminium fins to increase the heat transfer. The condenser is also designed to work under high pressure up to 500 psi.
