Refrigerant Compressed Air Drier

Refrigerant compressed air dryers from Gem Equipments are designed for low energy usage that helps in reducing pollution. The design maximises exchanger efficiency by using copper tubes in a coiled tube-in-tube arrangement. Efficient separation ensure that liquid leaving the evaporator is not carried over in the outlet where it re-evaporates, raising the outlet dew point. The highly accurate ‘hot gas by-pass valve’ automatically maintains refrigeration temperature across a wide range of flows and ambient conditions. Electrical construction is in accordance with applicable codes. Unique coaxial exchanger performs as a pre-cooler and evaporator.
