Eclipse Combustion offers Ratiomatic Burners. It ensures high performance and little or no downtime. It is easy to install, operate and maintain. Performance features: ratio regulator automatically compensates for changes in operating conditions, such as dirty filters, which can upset air/ gas ratio in competitive linked valve systems; up to 100:1 turndown with a cross-connected ratio regulator that limits excess air at low fire for maximum fuel efficiency; ideal for emission-sensitive processes due to low NOx, CO and aldehydes; direct-drive air butterfly eliminates linkages, which can slip, or jam during operation; fast-mixing nozzle with unique geometry provides clean, stable flame at all firing rates; standard firing tube operates with cross flows up to 3,000 fpm (15 m/s); nozzle placement releases heat into the chamber, not the oven wall; rugged cast iron body, back cover and gas inlet on most models provide durability; capacity from 500,000 to 25,000,000 Btu/ hr; standard nozzles burn natural gas, propane, or butane; right or left hand piping easily adapts to any system; burner can be completely disassembled from the rear without entering the oven or duct; optional quick-change spark and flame rods need no trimming or measuring for proper positioning; direct spark ignition.
