Quartz Infrared Heater Module

Joule Tech Inc offers, electric operated, Quartz Infrared Heater – type FFQ, having overall size 248 x 62 mm and radiation area 226 x 62 mm. The rating is available from 300 W to 750 W (max Watt density 35 W/in²) as per process requirement. It is suitable for max 870°C skin temperature, and has medium wavelength. This is the most preferred source of heat when rapid heater response is needed, and it is possible to cover as much area as required to be heated by putting number of such heaters in one bank. This quartz infrared heater emits 61% radiation and gives uniform radiation through out its surface. And it is recommended to put the object at the distance within 100 mm from the heater for most of the application and in order to heat the object quickly. It has a variety of applications and has many advantages over conventional types of heating elements.
