The patented PTC heater element lasts longer than conventional heaters. It will not burn out if run in air, and will not burn out due to scale or sludge. The heater self limits its maximum operating temperature to 222?C. Features: FEP covered stainless steel element; guaranteed 100% pinhole free; and sizes ? 1000 watts (1 kW) to 12,000 watts (12 kW). Applications: heating and cooling solutions for wet process manufacturing environments such as electroplating, anodising, printed circuit board, cleaning technologies, chemical, pharmaceuticals, food, biomedical and metal finishing, fluoropolymer (PTFE) heaters, metal heaters, quartz heaters, special application heaters, coils and inline heat exchangers. The company also offers custom products engineered specifically for user applications.
