PORTABLE HEATING SYSTEMS

Techno Crafts offer a Portable Heating Systems. It is a reduced footprint, low weight frequency converter for induction heating, with inductor fitted on the front panel. To operate, the system requires only a three-phase power supply and cooling water (clean industrial water). The converter is able to deliver up to 1 kW continuous: power can be adjusted through the regulation trimmer fitted on the control panel. The inductor may be of any shape and does not require any additional external cooling. Induction heating provides a means for selective heating of electrically conducting objects. It is clean, fast and repeatable. No contact is required between the part to be heated and the heat source, and heat can be restricted to localized areas or surfaces zones of the part. When the object is placed within the magnetic field generated by the inductor, the induced currents flow in the object and heat it according to joule"s law. Applications: brazing - soldering of transformer resistances and immersion heaters; brazing of hard-metal and ceramic cutting tools; soldering of pressure gauges; pre and post soldering treatments; heat treatments of parts (hardening, tempering); shrink-fitting of parts; section hardening of small tools for agriculture; straightening and deformation of parts; heating of titanium and/ or stainless steel wires for subsequent coating; melting of metals; and pre-heating for coatings.
