Portable Drying Conveyors

Compact Portable Drying Conveyor (PDC) offers highest flexibility with the integration of a side channel blower and connection of up to two material consumers in the frame underneath the drying unit. A maintenance-free vacuum blower with 3-phase motor supplies material on request to either the processing machine or the drying hopper. A sensor at the loader determines the minimum material storage and results in the immediate conveying in case of material shortage. Material loading to the moulding machine is accomplished via closed-loop dry air to a receiver with a glass cylinder for optimised visual inspection. Central dust separation and collection system suits easily accessible for simple cleaning. 2-in-1 control system comforts 1 control for both drying and conveying.
