Oil Air Heater

Sasmith Engineering Corporation designs and manufactures thermic fluid Oil Air Heaters in various capacities ranging from air flow rates 1000 CFM to 20000 CFM. The air is heated with hot oil. The sensible heat is transferred to air for raising the temperature. The air temperature varies from 40°C to 120°C, as required in the process industries. The thermic fluid oil air heater consists of heating core, which transfer the heat from the heat source to the air, fabricated body and inlet and outlet duct to suit the customer on line connection. Highly efficient heat transfer fin tubes are used for heat transfer. The material of construction could be carbon steel or stainless steel. The carbon steel fin tubes are galvanised for corrosion control. The heating core is pressure tested for long time trouble free operation. These heaters are ideal for many process industries where hot air is required for drying application. They are widely used in textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and petrochemical industries, steel plants, etc.
