Non Corrodable Tank and Vessel Heater

British Heating Systems offers non-corrodable tank and vessel heater or cooler. The Nautilus heats or cools vicious acid and chemical solutions and does not corrode. It offers vertical or horizontal operation with fully flexible connectors. It is manufactured from technical and flouro polymers for optimum chemical resistance to corrosive solutions such as acids and acid mixes. The units are supplied with adjustable hanger sets for vertical installation or weight boxes for horizontal installation. The modular construction of the Nautilus design enables its use in a wide variety of tank shapes and sizes from rectangular to cylindrical and with open or closed tops. The Nautilus is fitted with flexible risers (connections) as standard but fixed (rigid) risers are available if preferred. The heater can also be fitted with a top plate to suit installation into a closed top tank with a manway. Riser lengths up to 5 m are available as standard but longer can be supplied as an option. There is a standard set of baffles to provide some protection from the workload. Heavy duty guards can be manufactured to suit.
